Session Format 6.30pm – Cam will deliver a 15/20 min Coach & League Expectations presentation 6.45pm – 8.45pm - Mal delivers a 2-hour session split evenly into a Theory presentation and Practical work on field (coaches are encouraged to wear appropriate leisure clothing for the prac session)
